I'm sleeepy , mom!

Dori ran herself out yesterday since one of the moms was home with her. Instead of the usual evening playtime it was time for more nap!
And for those of  you who love the fuzzy toebeans...

Snack Time! Play Time!

One of the challenges we have had with Dori is getting her to eat. She grabs a bite or two and then plays for a while and if we don't watch the other pups her bowl is empty when she gets back. This is true even when the food is down only a few times a day!
The solution - turn eating into a game! I can fill that treat ball up and she will play until it is empty - eating every bite! And the other dogs refuse to play with the ball so her food is safe!

Follow the Leader

Dori moved in and took up a spot in the pack right away. The fact that the pack here seems to have a cat as a member doesn't bother her at all! Here Dori, Rico and Erin are doing a fence walk!

When you are guarding the back yard, it helps to have eyes a little higher to watch for dangers above!

Dori discovered that not only is she the same color as the kitties' tower - it makes a wonderful playspot! Needless to say the cats weren't all that happy with this new discovery!

Buddy Time!

Dori isn't the only critter that lives with us. So far her favorite companion is Ricochet. Here she and Rico are having a wonderful romp out in the beautiful fall weather. They actually get along quite well!

And an extreme close up I somehow managed to shoot while outside trying to get pics of her playing!

We've started looking for costumes for Halloween. She really likes this one!

This is Doriana. She came to live with us on  September 18, 2011. Needless to say it has been a fuzz filled few days with her already! We decided that cute like this needed to be shared and so the blog is born! If all goes as planned there will be a new pic of Dori each day!
